            Sangrila Urja Limited aims to generate electricity for employment creation, building energy secure society as well as many more financial and other reasons. Now, we are developing Chhujung Khola Hydropower Project (63MW), 4 hours peaking and Run-of- River scheme at Bhotkhola Rural Municipality – 02, of Sankhuwasabha District. There are many investors who have inject their hard – earned money with the hope and belief.

            Electricity from Hydropower project is known as green energy or carbon free energy. There is enormous opportunity with lots of predicted and unpredicted problems and challenges. And we believe there is opportunity in every challenge. Development of Hydropower can light of our nation and help to in of the poverty and boost cherish prosperity.

Chhujung Khola Hydropower Project (CKHPP) is developing by the funds of hundreds of equity investors with institution investment of Ghalemdi Hydro Limited (GHL) completion the Project is in remote area where we are constructing roads, we need to build bridge in Arun River. The remote villages are being accessible due to the road's connectivity. There are three projects in that vicinity (Ward No: 2 of Bhotkhola Rural Municipality). The effort by all three projects as well as investment will make easier and cheaper to all.

            The Project just utilizes our untapped truly national resources which is clean renewable, reliable and affordable and provides lots of benefits to the society and economy. The society has been getting the employment opportunity. The villages have been connected with the roads. The villages are getting millions of Rupees for developing their infrastructure and fulfill their other community needs. Their products are getting market in their door step.

            Chhujung Khola Hydropower Project (CKHPP) is 4 hours peaking run-of-river scheme project, this will support to manage peak. Load demand in winter season to Nepal Electricity Authority. Besides this Banks and Investors are getting investment opportunity. Government is getting taxes as well as royalties. Thus, there is benefit to the all stakeholders of the society. Our truly national resource-water-should be used for the benefit of our people, our economy as well as our environment. We can utilize our resources to build relationships among our neighboring nations who are in deficit of energy. Nepalese hydro-electricity and Indian other source of energy mixing can provide mutual sustainable development. Because, our generation increases more than double in rainy (summer) season in comparison to the dry (winter) season. In summer season, the energy demand India increases significantly the discharge increasement of Nepalese River makes us able to help to fulfill the increased demand.
